Accommodation during the conference

There is a choice of accommodation available to you. The conference organizers have made special arrangements with some hotels. Find below a more detailed description and a link to their respective websites. All accommodation is within walking distance to the main venue.

Please pay attention to the following instructions:

If you plan to stay at one of the hotels, book your room directly at the hotel (email addresses below). If you choose the budget accommodation, book your room while registering for the conference.

Hotel: Baltic Hotel Promenaadi website

Offers 30 double and 3 single rooms. Breakfast included.
€ 50 for a double room
€ 40 for a single room

Prices are only valid until 12 June.
When booking mention booking reference 1395. This offer is only valid in combination with attending the IWSG conference.

Offers 11 double rooms. Breakfast and morning sauna (!) included.

Hostel: Haapsalu Sports Center Hostel website

This hostel can only be booked via the organisers when registering for the conference.
Offers 20 triple rooms. Breakfast is included.
€ 17 for 1 person sharing a triple room
€ 18.50 for 1 person sharing a double room
This hostel is meant to primarily accommodate students and delegates on low budget. Single occupancy might be available on request (€ 20 pp)

Please provide names of people with whom you like to share. Otherwise we allocate beds according to your gender.
